Happy-brag.
PCP, HPA, or Co2 in calibers .177, 20, and .22, have never had the Talon SS do as well as it did today running on co2 with that adapted 16” .177 match barrel and homemade bushings (takeoff barrel from an old Gamo 126 SSP). Have to conclude that the barrel and the barrel’s bushings fit to the frame make the difference.

Had narrowed the pellet choices down to the best shooting in previous tests. Re-ran the tests at 25 yards.
Talon SS…30mm 10X42 (cheap) scope…80F….bench rest.

To date, I’ve not had 45 consecutive shots that did as well with anything but a full match rifle. Certainly had one or two groups as good or better, but not over all.
(You know when you’re hooked when you keep thinking about that one low shot with the Supermags…if not for that one dropped shot….).
Just had to brag about my new high-water mark.
