That’s so funny, my wife leaves for the weekend and the first thing i do is bring in my gun and HPA bottle from the office and set up shop in my easy chair, front door wide open. If she only knew. 😀

actually after reading your post, yeah a baking pan is good ,but go down to the hoe dumpo and buy a elect. panel for about 14 bucks.
mine has about 3 inches of duct seal in it.
one thing i learned is ya got make some targets that are a full page and about 50 bulls to a page, i made mine with my word processor, a bunch of very small font o’s.
this way the pellets don’t end up in the same place.
also, for fun get yourself some cap gun caps, the red plastic jobs, put them into the duct seal and shoot away, make sure the old lady is not around, kinda loud!!!
actually saw doesn’t shoot in the house, when the captain is around!

basically my set up as well, the garage is my domain, she can have the house.
she does let me put starlings in the freezer though.

😀 No offense taken, inside home wife rules outside i rule but ,im shooting her domain

One last note ,my .25 Eunjins only went in 1.125,now i can set up chrony 😀 :4

paul,
no offense but ya need to straighten out your wife

😛 😛 😛 😛

Unless that is’ she rules the roost.
duct seal is great, find yourself a old or new electrical box and pack the duct seal in there, guys use baking pans as well
and most important shoot away

SAW

Sounds good to me Paulj. I never actually shot duct seal with my gun but your’s sounds like it is pretty normal.

Thanks Jeff for responding , I had some duct seal 1lb.blocks so i set them in a bakers pan and set this in a tupperware box and in back of all this i put a free telephone book ,didn,t want too have any problems with wife. At my dinning room table it is exactly 10 yds. I filled tank to 2700 psi ,it has a hi-flo valve. And then loaded a Beeman Kodiak, held 5th mili-dot a let loose,it hit dead on but to my surprise ,the pellet only traveled 1.250 in duct -seal.
I would have thought it would have smashed metal baking pan and maybe landed in a few pages of tele. book. And the gun is a strong shooter in field and while hunting , does this sound about right for duct seal :4 Thanks for any input,Paul

There are guys using electrical boxes and duct seal….Should fit your needs….

Or there is this one…I have this one and it is great…It can handle a .22 rim fire rifle…
