You can control the air usage some what with the pw, when I keep the pwerwheel low, I can take 10 shots and only pump 50 or 60 times and when it is all the way up, its 100 pumps or more. I like keeping my gun around 30 to 40 pounds per shot, due to pumping and consistantcy from shot to shot, people will ussaully go for more shot count and gain closer consistantcy.

I am not sure why everyone wants more shots? I did not even get my Condor yet so please do not take offense to the question. I ordered mine and am waiting! I planned on using the pump to refill after 10 shots or so. I use my current pellet rifle for pest control. I have an rws 48 and have never shot more than 10 times in a day after sighting in. Do you guys target shoot alot of shots? Am I not being realistic with the pump? After 10 shots how long could it take to pump back up? I know the first time would suck. Back to your original thread the top gap , I guess I need a chronograph to test mine when I get it? Is it needed for my type of use?
I think I would try the .177 tank first. May very well give more shots!
