Upping the Pressure

Hello

Totally new to all this. I am slowly working my way through the posts on this forum and seen a lot of people are running over 200bar. With people running up to 250bar and talk of 300bar with the correct bottle. Now my question is can this be used to give you more shots per fill or will it just make the gun more powerful? Is there any inherent problems with trying to do this?
