Knifemaker, also on the same web site at http://www.eabco.com/cgi-bin/shopper.exe?preadd=action&key=001-002 they have J-B Bore Cleaner. Sounds good so I ordered some.
Thanks Knifemaker. I picked up some Flitz Polish last night. I also found a bore polish that has a mild abrasive in it at http://www.eabco.com/bore-paste.htm
You obviously know polishes. Do you have any opinions which would give the best results?
So far my pellet trap is holding up fine. I did notice some pellets went through the last board but I placed a piece of plywood against the wall behind the trap. That seems to stop the pellets from pushing through the last board in my trap all the way. They try but stop in the last board. I have two more pieces of plywood I will add tonight to be sure. I have got to try the electrical box and duct seal I guess in fronyt of my current trap. My trap is 3ftx3ft. I just threw out my old electrical box too! dam.
I want to get my shroud on before truning the condor up so the wife does not complain about the noise. LOL I place the small stick on dots all over my target to spread out the shots too. If you pund away at the bull with a 100 pellets I am sure it would fail and pellets will start sticking in the foundation.
Beaner, PM sent on bbl. lapping. I will post a how too for a sticky in a few days.

So how did the pellet trap hold up? Im putting together a trap in my garage so I can clock speeds and different pellets and air fills etc..
I was going to go to home depot to get something for a trap then at Cabellas I found that .22/.17 Cal steel rim fire trap for only $48.00 or so ! It usually sells for close to $80.00 and sometimes $60.00 so for Cabellas price and considering what I am going to have to pay for a Electric box with Electronic putty at Home depot I said might as well try it.
Is your Condor stock? Or did Mr.266 build it?
Just wondering.
Thanks for the information, I found the pump ok too. I will be looking for a tank soon any suggestions where to get one? You are right there is no comparrison in shooting a pcp and a springer. I will never look back! LOL
I am ready for a FX LOgan (think thats what it was). I cannot imagine more fun with my pants on! LOL what a blast! I bought the laser the bipod the scope and rings. the pellet holder the wakbutt (whatever) . I bought two tins of Kodiaks too. Any other pellet suggestions or stick with the kodiaks?? Well I am Condor hooked! Glad I waited I almost bought a talon while waiting. On low power my condor seems to blow away my rws48 springer. I was afraid to turn it up in my basement! I put and extra piece of plywood behing my pellet trap that I used for 5 years with my rws.
Yeah.. Perhaps. NOT! He has other problems. As long as people don’t start a crime spree with Airguns we should be fine.
But slingshots were against the law all my life.
He He…
😉

Well njnoodles I always thought I would be unfair and compare Springers to my PCP since I wasted $$ on Springers. Since Springers are unconfortable to shoot and beat the hell out of themselves and their scopes.
Springers=SUCK
PCP= Do Not. 😯 😆
Ok now no offense to anyone who has a valued springer that they like.
I just have no use for them. And I was even thinking the other night about the guy who developed the first springer in “The Airgun fron trigger to target” …and I thought man what a bummer pain in the ass compared to the guy in the 18th Century who developed the first PCP.
Lets see,… which guy did better… PCP 😮
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOHhhhhhhhhh
OK knifemaker, lapped the barrel with some kind of peter polish. Before I drive all the way into town to look for it, where might I find it? Wally World? Auto Zone?
Is there any chance of doing it wrong and screwing up a new barrel? Or just use a tight wad and push it back and forth a hundred times or so?
Tell me more.
Oh well.. Your not the first to try to keep up with Mr.Rodent 😆
quick hijack…
DragonFlySlayer, I just tried keeping up with your squirel while sipping my beer. I lost. 😳
Back to other addictions.
Nice group!
Yeah… I have basically no use for springers. PCP’s rock!
Accurate? How’s this? Its a little better with Kokiak Match!
Shot with rifle rested on my hat, on the top of the car. No bench. 😀 I did spend an hour laping the bbl. with a tight patch and Flitz metal polish first.

Hey Knifemaker, a “how-to” would be great. I’d like to try the bore paste/Flitz treatment myself but I’m hesitant to do so… I’d be flying blind and when it comes to working on the barrel, I rather not learn from a mistake, if ya know what I mean.
