I just shot my friends Impact with a Element Helix and I gotta day that scope is super sweet especially considering it’s only $399! The scope cam footage I got was awesome. The second focal plane is nice for scope cam videos because I can adjust my magnification all I want and not worry about the reticle image changing.
On that rig I chose to go with an American Defense Ad Recon Mount with QD levers and built in 20 MOA. Solid mount and no POI shifts whatsoever after putting in and taking off at least 20 times so far. Maybe more… Quality mount and made in the USA!
I have to honestly say that I was blown away by the quality of these scopes. I have had the opportunity to look through all three models at our last club meet in central Florida and in my honest opinion they are probably the best bang for your buck at the moment. The Helix although only $399 is a solid scope with clear glass and very tactile and audible turrets. You can feel the quality immediately. The Titan is a beast of a scope and for $799 I’m sure there is nothing out there that can even come close. The Nexus is their tier 1 scope and although the optical quality is apparent to the trained eye, I’d have to say that the $1499 price tag although a steal for this level of a scope is just not worth it for me. I wound up buying a Titan and I absolutely love this scope. It’s as nice or nicer than my other scopes that cost twice as much. Element Optics really did hit home runs with all three models. I think I will be buying a Helix for another one of my airguns soon.
Congratulations to all of you who can enjoy such most bang for the buck kind of scope.
