cheers buddy, still lerning everyday bout these guns and still loving it,
regards,
joe.

If you using a standard uk valve, theres no point getting a heavier hammer. On the contrary, it will make the gun worse to shoot. All you need is a weak spring and light hammer to achieve 12fpe . A stronger spring and heavier hammer will a. makes the trigger heavier, b. create some recoil.

If you shooting 12fpe go for mods like the trigger mod and whatnot 😀

Voltar_1, just seen your signiture and wow 😯 I would love to see your gun shooting. got any vids an wots it like to shoot?

Thanks pabs, I dident hate em befor but i hate em now.
like I said i had all 4 out and they had to cut away at some of my jaw so the pain is way up there but the pain killers Im on are makin me soo hi I dont care 😆 . Basicly Im looking for a haverier than stock hammer but my valve system is a standard british sub 12fpe valve. I havent got the money to have it profesionaly tuned, hence the ofriginal question were to buy cheep bits. Home depo in the US seem to sell everything the luck buggers 😆 . if you do have one how much you wanting for hammer + postage.
regards,
JP

Metric Allen 1.27mm

Imperial Allen 0.050″

OUCH!!
Feel for you dude, I can’t stand the dentist, I go private and make sure he gives me plenty of drugs!!

Doubt the likes of B&Q will do imperial allens(worth a try I suppose) Google it and order online is a sure bet 😀

So you looking for a hammer replacement as opposed to just extra weight?

Gimmie a couple days and I’ll see what I can scrounge up. Tell me what valve you using so I know what kinda weight you want.

quote pablouk:

Joey,
I’ve got a bit of hammer weight(about 30 grams) kicking about somewhere, I’ll see if I can dig it out. Spring, try to PM Blod as he might be able to hook you up. Grubs on the TH are in a different measuring scale (imperial) than we use (metric) They measure in inches (thousandths of), we measure in millimetres.

thanks pabs, wot a guy ay :D. so how o i go about finding a alen key?
can go to b&q an buy one or somewer? soz if iv made any typos, i ju got bk from havin 4 wisdoms out an im loopy as fuck 😆

Cheers guys. Hay Pabs, Im not looking for a spacific waight just sumut a little more robust and conciderably heavier 😡 . Do you know of a place that I can buy a spring? oh and whats the diference in the mentioned alen keys?
regs,

I think the grub screw allen is .050″, smallest SAE I think.

Hey Joey.
What weight hammer you after? Some friendly blokes in the UK could hook you up!!
Just try asking us… 😆
Allen key for the top-hat will need to be imperial as opposed to meteric.
