Q:

Scuba tank

I took the plunge and bought a scuba tank. I bought one at a local dive shop. The guy liked the air gun, he asked to see it since I am not a certified diver. I am suprised in Nj I found someone willing to fill it and interested in guns. I do not care if I spent a few extra $$ who cares it builds a good repore with a local refill place. I am waiting for my adapter should be here weds and off I go! NO MORE PUMPING!
I do not mind the pumping its stopping every 12 pumps to be sure I do not ruin the pump. The pumping would not be bad if you just pump 50 times and be done. I am a lard a– so the pump is not difficult, lay 250lbs on it and the handle goes down!

You did just fine on the price. Your right for buying from them, most shops don’t make anything on fills. Now you’re their customer. You did right.

I know thats not ideal but this tank was 149$ the 3500 psi was like 400$
I still have my hand pump to top it off. Besides it close to home and $4 to fill it.

What pressure tank did you buy?
Are they able to fill to that pressure?

Agreed good to have a nice repoire with folks that can help you enjoy shooting 🙂
