PSI
This is another some what theoretical question. The stock AF air cylinder is rated to 3000 psi. I see some people claiming to run them at over 3500 psi (not convinced that’s overly safe). Now its not uncommon to see cylinders DOT rated to 4500 psi as commonly used in paintballing. You can get cylinders DOT rated to 5000 or even 6000 psi. I have seen ASME rated cylinders at even higher than this. So lets say you had a bottle with a much higher pressure ratting (already talked to a manufacture) Would there be any complications in using it? Would the hammer assembly still work effectively. Could you still get consistent shots? As far as I can tell you should be able to get it to work at least. It should give you many more shots for a given size bottle and or more power per shot? Am I correct or have I got the wrong end of the stick?

Yep, you would have to reg. it with an Airhog 4500psi rated.
