NEW VALVE
hello all.
Here’s a few pic’s of the new Blodnob valve that Brad (selpb) is now producing.
there’s now a burst disc fitted along with a safty feature that wont allow the air to escape all at once if the valve is removed while the bottle is still full.
Im also sure that Brad will soon be producing the big bore version of the valve for the 308/9mm conversions. And possibey a full kit with barrel, valve, hammer, spring, breach, etc.

Later dudes.

BN, websites are very easy to build with the right software. As for coats, like other have posted you just need to buy a domain name with will be under Β£10.00 (I use UK2.net)
As for hosting, your internet provider might supply you anywhere between 5-20GB of space as a perk of using them as your provider.
If not there will be a cost to host a website on a yearly subscription but itβs not expensive, you will have change from the sale of only one BN valve.
Here are two links to sites I have built

Drool, Drool, Drool, Drool….VERY NICE!!!!
Um…you know the old adage…if you need to ask, you can’t afford it π π
Man, that is sweet 8)
Don’t tell me how much, lets not go down that road again… π π π
Hey AG! Nope, I dont’ have a welder.
We were supposed to be doiing the Spirit of Steel Knife Show at the Lakes Hilton in June, but for what ever reason, Bruce Voyles has cancled it. A shame.
Lots of Killer custom knives. A cutting competition, and GREAT! Steaks across the street at the Bass-Pro.
I live about a150 Mi South of there.
I won Best Combat Knife of the show there last year. The Battle Bowie left the show that night and flew with it’s new owner stright back to the War.
I understand that it recieved 2 “Notches” in its first month in Theater. I haven’t talked to the Operator since that. That was almost 9 months ago.
Here is a Pic.

I’m 60 miles north of Austin.
Mike
Just south of Grapevine about 5 minutes…(20 minutes w/ traffic… lol)
Sounds like you’re close π we should meet up and go shooting sometime…though I have no idea where…I’d love to visit your shop.
Do you have a heliarc welder by chance??? If so I have something I need some help with!!!
I am currently working on a prototype off set valve setup I just have to finish one project at a time maybe ill have something ready by Christmas if everything goes smooth.
Man, this really is a bottomless hole, I bet you make one bad -ass weapon and then, maybe we can get that, off set valve and reg with qf.
I am currently working on a design that I will be sending to ATF for there approval
I am stuck between a rock and a hard place, I am currently a class 3 manufacture
and If I would make a standard moderator/suppressor they would throw me in jail
and throw the key away so if I decide to produce them I would have to make them
integrated into the barrels so they couldnβt bee taken off, when I talked to AF they
told me if I can get a design passed they would carry it so that is where I stand
right know on that subject.
Are you going to be making Seans LDC as well. I still haven’t bought a lathe!
Mike
And very close to the new Cabela’s! π
Mike
Yep less than a mile from Cabelas you just go south the shop is located on the frontage road on the right side cant miss us
I thought I would let everyone know I do have a website selpharms.com I just havenβt started the air rifle section yet, hopefully I will get around to it in the coming weeks been real busy getting the new gun shop all setup for the grand opening in late June the gunsmithing is the main part of the business with custom refinishing and camouflaging.
I am currently talking to AF to work out a deal where people can send the guns to be camouflaged without voiding the warranty pretty sad to void a warranty for removing a couple of pins but since we both use the same insurance company we should be able to hammer something out, I love the AF guns they just need some good camo or different colors to really bring them to life.
The valves will be available to purchase in late July I am just finishing some testing with different springs and weighting on some stencils to etch serial numbers into them for inventory & quality control purposes.
As to the big bore air rifle kitβs the 308 test barrels just made it in country from Lothar Walther in Germany I had them do a custom run of barrels, I will have the testing done hopefully by late September hopefully sooner, I will also be adding a merchant section to my web site where I will be offering different products for sale with current inventory control.
When I get the 308 conversions ready for sale there wont be the weighting game like people unfortunately run into trying to purchase a Quakenbush the shop has plenty of CNC machines to handle any amount of orders that come in and if we get to busy well just add another shift to the shop or another CNC machine, like most of you guys when I want my toys I want them fast so I can play so I will do my best to keep the delay of product to a minimum.
Where you at AG’er? Dallas Grapevine area?
I’m 60 miles north of Austin.

I see what you mean. The Fed’s can be a bit up-tight with the laws, and I don’t blame you one bit for not wanting to mix the two. PB’er and AG moderators. It could be a problem that you don’t need.
