Lead dust
Hey guys, let me ask this. In another post I made last night about changing out the hammer in my gun and forgetting to put the grub screw in the endcap and shooting my internal baffles out, when I gathered them up to put them back together again, I found the insides of the baffles were coated in a black, powdery film.
These baffles are custom machined and in 5 separate sections, each having a conical air stripper and air expansion chamber in each. Is all that black crud that was in each chamber what is called lead dust ? It was coated solid in each chamber but wiped out really easily with a cloth and Q tips.
