Threaded Bushing Holes?
I was wondering wether the holes in the bushings that align with the frame screws are supposed to be threaded. Mine are not and have clearance between the screws and the walls of the bushing. I have a donG .25 barrel and I have seen occasional POI shift and I I believe the space between may be allowing the screws to slip and cause a shift. Thanks

I chased the threads through from the frame into the bushings on my rifle, keeps everything nice and tight. If you have play in yours that’s got to affect accuracy.
This could be your main problem but at least you have one which is more than a lot of us can say. I’m still hoping he sends me back the defective one he made for me just so I can at least have something for my money or I can try to get it fixed. Don still owes me either a refund or a .25 barrel and a shroud for it. Sorry about not answering your question right away.
The two holes for the set screws are not really threaded. Sometimes they look partially threaded but that’s just from the set screws leaving those marks. If you take your barrel out, you would be able to put your set screws fully into either of the two holes without having to thread it in. I hope this helps. If you are getting good grouping but then the POI shifts and then groups well again, you may be clipping your shroud ever so slightly. You could also be flexing your frame. If it isn’t either one then it’s probably just your barrel.
there should be no threads in your bushings (that the frame screws go into). Make sure the set/grub screws that hold the bushing to your barrel is tight. I have had mine come lose before.

You can shim that collar with aluminum from a coke can. Just make sure the bottle sit true when you shim it and when it is tighten.
The coke can aluminum can always be thinned with some sandpaper.
