Well I was not intending to but came home with a Talon SS
I went to a moving sale today at pyramid air in NE ohio. I wanted to see some of the guns I had always been interested in. They had several talons there and I had never seen one in person before. I have not gotten into PCP other than a deal on a used DAQ Bandit in 50 cal… Thay had a few “returned” guns and the talon caught my and several others eye… actually four of us grabbed em. I took the one SS that they had in .20 For the life of me I think that if it was returned it was due to ergonomics/size etc. There was not a mark on it and it works great.
My preliminary shooting says I will be shooting it a bit as well as getting the accessorizing bug 🙂
It should also be a good gun for playing with the lathe n mill
It took me a bit to get used to the ERG’s on it. I will be adding a butt stock mod and I will want a laser for the close range shots as high as the scope sits above the bore.
I have a bit of reading to do here for sure…

I don’t believe it was “under cost” …. I don’t know current prices enough to know what other items were “deals”
The new prices on stuff is not what I am familiar with at all. A few years back when I was looking more heavily into Air arms etc I knew the pricing and these deals were even higher than those regular prices for what I looked at.
I got enough off of the talon ss that I thought it to be a good deal and I had no real shipping costs so I had ta jump… eventually
The parking area was full early- real full and he event was crowded. I felt sorry for the girls working the event… they were real busy fer sure!

I’ll bet that whole parking lot was hopping; with anyone and everyone knowing about this grand sale for some time now. Was there anything curious or unbelievable being sold. Also, about what percentage under cost was your new Talon had for?
