Q:

cleaning a scope

I have a standard airforce scope bought with the gun. There seems to be some debris inside the scope. Is that possible? Am I able to, or can I take apart the scope to clean out the debris from inside?

thanks for the heads up, I’ll save myself the headache and give the Airforce warranty office a call.

NOt a good idea to open a scope. Lets the nitrogen out, Lets moisture in, will condensate on inside lenses when moving from Hot to cold or vise versa.

Scope will cloud or fog up in high humidity or Rain.

It will void the Warranty, Just call Airforce and return it for Repair or Exchange.

Most likely they will replace it under Warranty.

Good Luck 😕

It is not normal to debris inside your scope. You may be able to call Airforce and see if they will cover it under warranty.
