Q:

co2 shooting predators.

Does anyone with a condor running on co2 have any numbers on the 16gr predators at like 85 degrees? Only ask because they seem to be “pooping” out of mine. Thanks.

I dont have a chrony, but my condor on co2 seemed to have lost some power but gained accuracy.

Yesterday found I had about 1/8 inch slack between tophat and bolt. when bolt was locked(bolt handle back and moved left/right) it would move forward and back about 1/8 inch. Should be no slack, between the tophat and bolt when bolt is locked and cocked. Fired the hammer spring takes the slack out!

I adjusted the tophat out to takeup the slack.

Firing today I didnt notice any difference. Checked and the slack was back?

Found out when set screws were loose the bolt hit them and caused the bad alignment. After a few trys got the slack out and it fires alot louder and harder now. I think this allows the valve to open longer and use more CO2.

Do you have a chrony to gauge the speed? I know Co2 with jsb 15.9 i am anywhere from 680-710fps depending on temps above 70 degrees.
