Q:

Rounds per fill?

I am shooting a TSS w/ 12″ barrel in 22. I fill to 2800 PSI and use Crossman Premiers, power setting at 7. I am getting about 80 rounds before I refill the tank. When I refill the tank is at 2000 PSI. My question is am I getting a good number of rounds or is my valve needing tuned up?

Dont know if you have already invested in a chronograph but it will for sure come in handy –it will help you dial in to your start pressures and end pressures—-ie you may find your talon to be most powerful and consistent between 2800 psi and 2400 psi -for example – my Talon 18″ .20cal has done a remarkable 25 shots from 2900psi with a 14.3 .20cal premier- velocity ranging from 900-915 —an extreme spread of 15 is very -very good–and that equals tight groups at 25- 30-45yards. The more you shoot you talon the more in tune you will become with it—I am enamoured with mine…. 😀

Thanks for your replies. 😀

Your good to go.

Shoot the hell out of it. 😀

nope. leave it. the 14.3 premier is probably doing 850 or so… just make sure the grub screws are secured on the top hat -the two tiny ones .050″- apply a very light dab of blue threadlocker to the threads and secure…. try 2900 psi and a pw setting of just under 8….shoot and enjoy
