I sure can’t understand why all of you guys
have problems with P/A, I put in an order this morning around 10 am or so, and have already received my tracking number from them and my shit is already at their local ups hub 😆
and I have never once paid the 5 dollar bribe :14 😈 :14

I second that totally. There are 3 things that would have made me perfectly happy with there service and there very small things.
One is if they just took the time to call or at least email me just to say there was a problem with my order.
Second is if they had put on the specific details on customs forms as they said in writing they would before I even ordered from them. Or as we all make mistakes at least refund me custom holding chargers I encountered due to there mistake.
Thirdly and finally would be if they had actually posted it Express as I paid extra for this. Or again at least refund me the extra I paid for this service they did not provide.
All in all I found P/As service to be quite poor. 🙄
I for one don’t mind paying a bit more for good Customer Service!
Straightshooters tests the guns before they send them out, without a $10 fee. They are more expensive though, but you are paying for customer service there.
oh, also, I dont like how they charge you 10 bucks to test the rifle. It’s kind of like saying, “if you dont give us 10 bucks, we may or may not send you a defective rifle.” wtf
PA has a standard 2 day processing. Even if you order next day, that to them means next day AFTER THE 2 DAYS PROCESSING.
People tend to get pissed when not told that up front
My experience with PA is that they take at least 24-48 hours to ship. Their customer service seems okay, good thing is that they have a good return policy. Cheaper pellets and 10% coupons. Feels like a big-box retailer, not much personal service.
I WAS going to order my TSS from PA, but that day I decided order my hill pump first. I called up straightshooters, they PICKED UP THE PHONE in less than 10 seconds with a REAL LIVE PERSON, took my order with courtesy and said “okay great, we’ll box that right up and get it out the door first thing tomorrow morning (I called late in the day.” We hung up and thought about it for a second, called them back up and said “add a TSS to that order please.”
I really hate how it takes so long for PA to “process” my order. FOr the same amount of money you can support a business that doesn’t treat you like a number.
They’ve treated me well. Except sending out a .20 Talon SS when I ordered a .22. Of course they got the case of pellets right.
A case of .22’s and a .20 gun! 🙁
Took another week and and a half before I could shoot my new gun!
And I ain’t no Doctor! I got no stink’n patients. 😆

They have been ok for me. Mostly it’s just pellets. The condor came from straightshooters, so I didn’t have to deal with them.
One thing that they did that annoyed me once is when I was getting the cfx, the scope I bought with it was backordered. After they told me it was shipping, they called and explained why I didn’t need that big of a scope for the gun, and recommended ordering a smaller one. I said no thanks, I like that one, and they got angry. 😛 I ended up getting that from somewhere else too I think. 😆
But the 4th tin free thing is nice.
All pellet purchases I made with P/A and other stuff, did not seem to ship for at least 3 days, maybe in our tough economy they have figured their shit out.

I have ordered from them from time to time. Mostly for $ saved on 4 th tin for free.
I have ordered pellets on monday an paid for next day shipping to have them shipped on thursday and recieved the next monday! That’s OK. Learned not pay for next day shipping.
Decided to buy my condor from PA. Called on friday, set the deal and was to complete the order saturday. hpa condor gun only and co2 adapter. (funds transfered to account on saturday).
Had also talked to Airhog really wanted the .25 condor, just couldn’t swing it.
Called PA on saturday and was ready to buy a condor/co2 adapter. PA said need to put you on hold for a few minuets. 15 then 30 gone past 45 minuets. Seemed a condor sale didn’t matter much? That’s OK Too?
Called Airhog: They said how soon ya need one. They clean, test fire and check accuracy and also send the test target with the gun. Friday I had the condor in hand.
Had to order the CO2 adapter from PA. Airhog could not get them.
I like Pyramyd Air, just know exactly what to expect now.
BTW I ordered 4 tins of Kodiaks and recieved 3 tins Kodiaks and 1 tin silver stings. I called PA and said I will return the Silver Stings for the requested 4 th tin of Kodiaks. They said “NO” keep the Silver Stings and a tin of Kodiaks was shipped to me? Wow! Now that was OK. too?

I have had great service as well…although I shouldn’t speak too soon as one of my guns is yet to arrive from repair. They told me it is on the way so I should get it by tomorrow or Monday.
The only thing that happened thus far to me is the last order I made, received it today, they sent me pointed EJ’s but I ordered domed. No biggie, I will find something to shred them against 👿
My last experience was superb, needed a scope by the weekend and ordered late, didn’t pay the $5 and it got here early!
I haven’t been burned yet, but I won’t be too surprised if I do… 😉
