NecrosisCore shroud, soon in a store not near you!
Yep, decided to make a shroud. Turned out pretty well. Still need to machine the baffles but it works pretty good already.

Yep you’re right. I didn’t feel like using the chamfer drill in the thingy on the lathe where you put your drills in. (I don’t know the english word for it.. Center drill mount? Whatever)
The odd shape doesn’t influence accuracy though. so I’ll leave it at this. also I’ll post a video in a few minutes.
That kinda comes from using a drill bit in soft material as a counter bore. Some times it does it ok. Sometimes not. Especially when hand held under the bit in a drill press. It may look cool this time. But is is the mark of an un-controlled cut. 😆
