Revised!Condor power wheel settings
Ok kind of starting over but now I have my Chrono set up, first off I have a 22 Condor stock barrel with shroud shooting Beeman Kodiaks 21gr, I had my power wheel set at 6 shot some groups of 5 averaged about 1100 on the chrony my groups were good 5/8 to 3/4 of an inch center to center so I turned my power wheel down to 2 on the main and 6 on the wheel shot a couple strings at this setting and my average fps was 9934 on my first 10 shots and 1083 average for the second string of 10 shots. tank was at 2600 and I shot all 20 shots without refilling the tank pressure. Now I am kind of confused on this power wheel apparently when moving this wheel you don’t change the speed or fps as much as I thought you might is this correct? I should have mentioned my groups were improved also with one 5 shot group .375 and I shot a couple more at a clean target and they were still in the same poi so this is very good and I am happy, the only thing I am a little confused about is back to the power wheel I guess I was just thinking with that amount of adjustment on the power wheel I thought I would see more fps speed difference from the low end to the high end and I did see some just not as much as I thought there would be. So I guess what I am looking for is for all you condor shooters to tell me this is the way it is, and like I said I had just figured I would be on the high end of the scale on the power wheel to get this to shoot just under 1000 fps or under thanks Eddie. ps I will post pictures of target if I can figure out how to get them posted!
