New core
This core was made out of a piece of alluminum bar, turn down to form a series of washers, bored and threaded down the center 1/2″ UNF, then threaded a bar with 1/2″ UNF thread, parted off plugs and screwed and thread locked where the washers on the core are, then drilled all the way through with a 6.5mm long series drill, then used a milling machine to cut slots inbetween the washers. This core could be made easily on a drill press instead of a milling machine. Instead of slots just perferate the centers between the washers. Made a shroad to go over it and an end cap to finish it off.

i liked the design so decided to make one for myself i machined it out of a solid bar of aluminum it was allot of cuttting but i think it turned out nice
Let me see if I got this straight, I couldn’t read it all….cateracts….someone drilled a dead pig with a masonery bit, used it for a shroud baffle, and it’s so heavy it takes two men to carry it, but it can be used as a sex toy too???
What would something like that cost? Here in Arkansas there might could be a sizable market for such a device!
