SCOPE SAVY—-SIGHTING
I have a question I cant seem to get the answer on digging around…not just here but on the web…I prolly aint looking in the right place.
When mounting the scope and doing the initial sight in went fine….I did it the way Tom suggested on the dvd and it woiked fine…..ball parked it right in…
My question is about the magnification factors set by choice by the Pelleteer er operator… 😆
How does the objective setting effect the hole placment in the target at a given yardage ?
Now ,let me set up an example…..the pellet hole in the target was low at ten yards…expected…so ya adjest the left er right impact point….your pertnear on center….move out to 25 yds…..(this was me,what I did ) fired 5 rounds ,they were very acceptable….I tink I had the objective setting at 25 yds and the hairs in the sight were in focus…..life is good at this point.
Now if I wanted to zoom up on the target by crankin the objective up ok,does this effect the pellet placment on the target shooting at the same distance ?er is just a visual trip through the scope…..
I wont proceed any further till I see where this goes….
🙂

Not a bad scope at all, but for the money, there are better choices.
