my 1377 work in progress need help
ok here it is
i have a 1377 traded my fav hunting knive and my gamo 440 for it
i got it
stripped it
deburred the tube
took out valve and ported it larger rounded the seals inide for more volume. angled the transfer port as well as flatten the valve face
i have on order from jimayers
an 18 inch 22 bbl a steel breech with scope slots
a flatface piston
a steel bbl band from YellowNinja
A muzzlebreak from TKO my buddy has one and is going to machine the sleeve to fit my bbl it will go from bbl band to 5 inchs past the muzzle
he said it is quiet
i also have a hinge pin on order for it
now what else should/can i do while it is apart as soon as my parts come in not sure when but ive been buggin jim ayers (j3magnum) about it now for over a week n a half lol
hes prolly annoyed with me but im anxcious

Muzzy Mac 75.00 shipped off of E-Bay, comes with power adjuster, I like your conversions Rob3, how many shots you get out of one of them.
The pistols are very, very loud… especially the PCP conversions… but can be tamed.
TKO, Mike T makes very reasonably priced shrouds for the Crosman guns. I have several of his brakes and all are very, very effective. I think his latest design is the Stage V design.
That particular wire stock was from Gil Irving, but sadly, he is not doing mods any more. Muzzle Mack is doing wire stocks now, but I dont know the cost, nor do I have any experience with them.

i loved my condor but i have a 22 lr i can hunt with as where i hunt noise isnt a problem
i like the pistols for in the city i live i can shoot an have fun
and obviously u can mod them anywhich way
by the way is that a tko shroud?
how quiet are they?
also where did you get the “wire” stock on the 13xx on bottom
i like that style so that i can remove it and throw it in the pack and then screw it back on when im ready to hunt

Just gotta experiment. The 13 and 22xx platforms are excellent for modding… lots can be done to them….

after this build is done i am going to try a 2240 converted to an 18 inch barreled .25 bulked

well ill have to test my ability here first
With a 14 inch barrel in .22, you should expect around 550fps with 14.3gr pellets at 12 pumps.
An 18 inch barrel should bring you up to around 590fps with the same pellets on 12 pumps… but just a few more pumps can make all the difference depending on the volume of your valve. I have one 1322 that makes about 685fps on 16 pumps with an 18 inch barrel.
With these guns, just expect a 10fpe gun and love it for what it is… dont try to make it something it’s not and you’ll be happy.
I had one that was modded up pretty good. I sold it because I was never satisfied with the power it would make even after the work. The valve and piston came from Roy at MA.
If you want more volume in the valve, cut off some of the threads in the valve and reshape the valve stem to allow for more air inside the valve. At the same time, install a lighter valve spring. In other words, more pumps, more power…
If you want less volume, but more pressure… it can be a bit trickier. Add some washers inside the valve to decrease the volume… pressure will be greater. You’ll need a stronger hammer spring likely to crack open the valve at this point.
…..and then just do the icemaker tube transfer port and you should be fairly well good to go!
Be sure you know how to properly adjust the FF piston or you’ll end up either not getting much power, or worse.. breaking the cocking linkage on your gun.
