JDS and CO2 AF adaptor

Okay if you buy a tank with a 2500 psi regulator and use a AF CO2 adaptor will you get 2500 psi regulated shots?

Well I have a Condor, 24″ .22, fill only to 2400 psi using Kodiaks and Eun Jins I am looking for a larger volume tank other than the 490cc tank and if the pressure was regulated POI should be more consistant.
