Q:

Condor Top Hat adjustments?

What is everyone’s top hat setting?
I am looking for an “average” to see if my gun is in the range.
Thanks:)

😆 Reminds me of the pics of the dudes with powderburners who leave the cleaning rod in the barrel during breakin and chamber and fire…Kaboom…banana peel barrel 😉

There are some pics floating around here somewhere of one that had a laser boresighter left in it… and a video of a hunter that takes a shot and the barrel splits – probably mud in the muzzle. That can really ruin someones day.

To insure you do not dent the wall of the valve stem on the Condor insert the corresponding smooth portion of a drill bit so the wall of the valve does not collapse at the grub screw level.

Be sure to remove the drill bit.

Well Duh!

So simple, and it never crossed my mind!

Man, I’m getting old! 😆

Don’t knock yourself. It did not cross the minds of hundreds of people with dented valve stems either 😀

I found the adjustment for the Talon, I was interested in the Condor.

Thank you for looking:)

same concept, just be careful not to dent the stem until you have it set were you want it, then use a wee bit of finger nail polish on the grub screws so you don’t loose it like I did after I sent the crony I borrowed back 😳

Thank you for looking:)
