Q:

bad pump, need ideas

my discovery pump has finally had it and now I’m looking for a compressor or other options. I thought about buying another better quality pump but also thought a compressor would solve any problems with getting a tank filled or pump failure. I am limited to 1000$. I found an ebay compressor but it only fills to 3000psi, it would work to fill each time but not a tank right? No place to fill bottles without buying about 800$ worth of stuff from the supplier. I’m ok with hand pumps but need something reliable and less of a work out as I fill 3 guns 4 or 5 times a day during a weekend. I’m looking for suggestions.

My area is just now showing the lack of immigration laws. Hard to be a working american when illegals will work for 1/2 of what most will. The hill sounds to be a great option (I could lose a few pounds) but has anyone used an air venturi pump yet? Is this just another junk pump hitting the market? I’d rather use the extra $ for more air guns. The disco pump actually lasted about a year so I can’t complain much. Just getting the feel for the condor and going through a lot of air between the disco and condor. I hope to get the condor as spot on as the disco is.

Buy mam’s pump and use the extra $ to hire a mexican to pump the tank for you!

I’ll sell you my stand by, Used Hill pump with moisture trap, hose
and Quick connect fitting, that is still pumping to 3,000+psi with
no problems and a rebuild kit incase it ever stops pumping for
$225.00 shipped…That’s the only suggestion I have for a $1,000.00 budget…
