Valve Stem Stuck Help

Hi everyone I’m another one of those “float around for ages ones” so not new but you know hello anyways.

After my stealth suffered a sudden power loss atrack, I too am having massive dificulty getting the tophat loose from the valve body.
Anyone else have any ideas for geting it loose? Thanks
