I might give that a try 🙂 made a swage for bullets and need to make the bore riding die. Need a source of wire so need ot make up an extruder for that as well 🙂

Now ! Now ! we cant make everything can we? All the folx at Auto Neumatic corpn. and other companies need to keep making shoddy products for us to “Improove Upon” 😉 cant think of driving them outa their jobs.

For power testing I use multiples of what ever pellet I have on hand. 3x 10.5 grain Crosmans make 31.5 grains.

HI! Have you tried some homebrew machined testing pellets . Simply cylindrical slugs with grooves machined into them – might give you better data than 3 individual pellets 💡 I mean its the cheapest way to go unless you have a die and press…

It’s all good
Thanks for the suggestion may need to give that a go.
I think 25 grain bullets would be swell.

Well you know I ordered a corbin die to make my own .177 pellets that I hope to get by years end that will make pellets from 7 – 32 grains . Might get interesting . Marvin

Me sees now! That is like my Condor .20 cal., pushing 23 grn. at 1150.

I just couldn’t understand the 31 grn. .177, did not know how to get that heavy of .177

I have managed to get about all that is available for power from my homebuilt Vulture.

shooting it with .177 barrel and a load of 31.5 grains it achieved 66.4 fpe possibly a record!
