any one priced primers? i found some for 79.00 per 1000.00 seems like theft to me. any comments? is this a fair price? kingpin

I’m paying $ 45.00 per 1000 for Remington 7 1/2 Bench Rest primers … used to be 15 bucks years ago !

Midway has them for $28.00 a thousand..and have a few in stock..most are out of stock no backorder..but even at $28 and you pay the haz mat fee its still way better than the than the ripoff $79..

That is crazy. I also think it is about twice what they should be. I picked some up about two weeks ago and think if you can wait and keep your eyes and ears open they can be had at a much better price. You are talking about small rifle primers – right?

i just received 5000 large pistol primers (wolf) for 175 bucks(incl shipping and hazmat)…..now i just need a priming tool, and powder and i should be good to go for my first 44sp reloads
