Tri rail
What is the opinion on using the tri-rail when mounting a scope other than the obvious accessory advantage what does it offer to the weapon? I’ve been told stability to the barrel but not quite sure what that means since it doesn’t connect to the barrel so if I leave the rail off my scope will be that much closer to the top of the barrel which is a good thing thanks in advance.

Adds height, rigity to the frame, and looks pretty good too ..

It looks good, adds rigidity and height.. but some of them cause windage issues.
The scope mounting rail is part of and connected to the frame that
houses the barrel…The tri-rail stiffens scope mounting rail which adds
rigidity to the whole frame so to speak……..
I bought mine to give higher lift for the scope . I also use high rings. You’ll get a kinked neck if you don;t raise the scope. That’s what mines for anyways.

Thanks everyone and mac I know I asked you about this before but I heard some say it’s a waste and someone said it messed with their scope so I had to see what was working for the multitudes 🙂 tri rail it is.
