i told him i will help him with 10 dollars and after that he will come up with the rest but i don’t know where he was looking on the usps site, don’t see any rate going for 25 to new zealand,

you are too kind.

he beleives you are cheating him out of money when you are not. simple way to deal with this give him the price and if he dont like it tell him he dont get the barrel.

ill wait for him to decide may be i just refund the money thank you guys

Ok, do this..Tell him you will ship it but at the cost you quoted..If it ends up costing less, then let him know that you will send him the difference…

I did the pricing on the website. It’s $41.95 actual cost using the cheapest International method. Screenshot that page and show him. If he doesn’t believe you, send him here and we will confirm that is the actual cost.

i know but i feel bad for people overseas because i never want to send anything other the us and this is a head ache experience

I just went through the same thing today sending apackage to
Palau…But it was the only way the guy could get it.. Most of them
appreciate having someone help them…Emphasis on MOST..

Are you pricing Priority, First Class, Parcel Post? Parcel would be cheapest. If he’s’ going to moan about it though I’d just refund the money. Not like you’ll have a problem selling the barrel to someone in the states.

it was 5 pounds so i took some packaging of so now weight 4 pound so the website say 41 dollar still too high

P.S. it is a few dollars cheaper if you pre-print the postage online vs. going in to the post office.

Victor, just print screen the USPS webpage with the rates, can’t argue with that. I recently shipped a “pneumatic tube” to Brazil along with a softcase and it was around $60 for an 8-9# box if I remember right.

i know but he is looking at the usps web site and he say is like 30 dollars
but i went to the teller and is telling me 45 so he think i am making money of shipping

not for a box this long and i don’t want just to ship the barrel in a tube, last time i did this the tube got smashed i think i rather refund the money,

Just let him know what the charges are and ask him if he thinks it is too
much..Let him decide..I am sure it is very difficult for those guys to get
this stuff so he may be willing to spend that kind of money…It is not like
you are making anything off of shipping Vic…
