Homeshop machinist.
Former by trade, now for fun.
started off years ago making parts for my racing motorcycles, then to rifles, archery… now air rifles…
it’s a hobby…
Both..
My normal job is machining parts to automate & repair industrial valves
I can usually make what I want when I put my mind to it, but I will never call myself a machinist.
Its all a hobby to me. Without an airgun to modify, I would have never cut my first chip.
Just for fun. Now all I have to do is find more time.

I worked on Printing presses and Bindery machines made all the parts they needed and kept them running did it for 35 years retired now but still do allot of woodworking wish I had a metal lathe someday maybe if this world gets back to whatever normal is!
