Q:

New Forum…Pellethead Network is Open!

Hi guys,

Some of our friends and fellow airgunners have opened up a new airgun site for those who are interested. It is of course a kinder and gentler place then here at the TAG 😛 but they have hopes of it becoming a success.

So if you are interested take a look and even join and make a post.

PHN looks to go places.

The format is great.Much easier than the yellow forum.nt

I will also stay here too.

I have been lurking AA since the first week it launched. I have had a fair amount of work done by Swift. He’s a great guy.

I am about as non-PC and offensive as you can get. It’s just a matter of not scaring people off. There’s a time and place for everything. It’s an airgun forum, so other things can be discussed when you’re getting shitfaced with your buddies.

There ain’t nothing about Tom Krien nice and gentle! One of the reasons I like the boy! And he makes a good Using Knife!
I’ll have to check it out.

Air gun advice is fine unless you don’t like heavy censorship! Very left wing lately! The guys running the place are VERY scared of something. I have no idea what the problem is . Strange. the Nitrogen thread in Air gun advice is a good example.I haven’t been able to log on since! It has a huge viewing, but ever one is afraid to post.

That place seems pretty cool. I want a WOKknife.

Ever been here?

Thanks Adam!

Adam’s right on. There’s no agenda. Nobody’s disgruntled. Tom just wanted to get another outlet out there to help our sport/hobby/whatever you want to call it.

The interface is awesome. It’s conducive to great discussions, pics, and more. It just launched last week and we’ve got over 100 members just by word of mouth. I agree, Yellow’s format makes me wanna stomp someone’s nuts, but good interfaces ain’t cheap and they’re cumbersome to run, but worth it in the long run.

I hit all the airgun joints online. Every place has it’s little nuances. We’re pretty open to anything.

Even as early as it is, there’s a good representation from all corner’s of air gun interest. Springers, Airforce, Rapids, Air Arms.

I’m Cris on the PHN.

Come on over and check it out!

Thanks!

YEAH, what freaking MORON thinks it makes sense to put “nt” in the post and not the title? 😯

Kind and gentle?

Booo.

I rarely visit any other airgun forum but this one. I just can’t stand the format like on the yellow. Gives me a headache. And where they put their message in the title, and “nt” in the post. Drives me insane. 😀

Plus they do not let you say ASSSSSSSSSSSS!
Gotta love this place!

Tom Krien is a knifemaker and airgunner I met on a knife forum called Usual Suspects Network.

They have an airgunning section on there and it appears he is giving starting up his own forum a shot.

Several airgun forums have become stagnant and I think he want to make a new general airgun forum and start fresh.

I use to visit a lot of airgun forums. But as of late I only visit the TAG, Yellow Forum and sometimes the Crosman forum. And as you now finding information on the YF and Crosman Forum can be a pain in the ass with the format they use.

What’s the story with this forum?

There’s usually someone disgruntled or banned from another forum behind a new forum.
