Q:

My gun has no O rings and still shoots 3/4" group at 10

I decided to do a little testing today. I have not received my JSB’s yet, so I am still using the MeisterKlugens.

At pressure setting 10 the groups are tighter than at 6. I dialed up starting at 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10, five shots at each setting with a full bottle at 2700 psi.

Noticably tighter groups at 9 and then 10. Adjusted the scope and got a 3/4 inch group, then started to get inconsistant because air pressure was most likely falling off.

I decimated 5 soup cans, and one lizard. The foolish gecko was sitting at the bottom of my target teasing me. Two shots, first one was left, second was right on. If you know how small a gecko is, it’s a good shot. The outdoor cats now have a snack.

Where can I get new O rings? I looked inside my bottle / vavle and there is nothing. I looked at my breech / barrel and no O ring. I also have an older style scuba tank fill adapter that needs all new O rings. Who has ’em?

I just did… Kathy is sending me new O rings for the old scuba tank refill adapter and breech, at $2.15 per O ring. Seems high but they will fit. I got two sets for each, 8 O rings, 17.20 plus shipping. I mean I can buy O rings at Home Depot for $3.00 a pack, but the ones I purchased were not the right size. Can anyone recommend a good source for these?
