s410 Hitting paint balls @ 30 yrds video
So I made this video, I’m not saying this is a incredible feat by any means, but it’s all the yards I can possibly squeeze out of our property. I need a bigger yard! To get 30 yrds I have to shoot through the house from the front door, out the back window to the back of the backyard. PAG Steve did some work on my 410’s valve, and he cronied the gun at 1000 fps shooting 15.9 gr JSB’s. I’m shooting 18 gr in this vid, so I figured at full power I’m doing them around 970 or so, being 2 gr heavier. Sorry for the wait to start shooting, but it takes a minute to get back in the house to shoot, and come back out to turn camera off. You can see paint mist fall down in front of the camera lol.

aaaaa i see if you do get some land to shoot a good range you will have to post that that will be worth the watching. ye my gun and my mates had lots of hold over but we had to work it out so we could shoot over and over again but i usually shoot up to 60yards if you look at this link you will see my retical and where i have to aim at any given distance…

Looks like you’ve been doing alot of research on your ranges and settings, and also looks like it’s been paying off. Hopefully I’ll have the chance to do the same things one day, if I’m afforded the space… good work!
I think that is impressive. Man I need to practice. I can’t even hit
cow balls at that distance, much less those little paint balls 5 out of 5.
(Not that I have tried) my stepfather would kick me off his land if I
zeroed in on that big bull. Though I was tempted the other day when
he tore up my yard!

Mark, thx for posting those videos, really good shooting at that power at that range. You must have to figure in quite a hold over for that. But like I said, I only have about 30 yrds max on my property to shoot on. I’m sure my gun will do good a longer distances, but until I go elsewhere with more space to shoot, I’m stuck with 30. I just thought I’d post a vid of me shooting some paintballs, really nothing more, I never posted a video before. I didn’t mean for this video to come off like it was hard to do. But it must be nice to have the space you guys have to shoot!
that’s quiet good but from a rifle as powerful as that i would of thought you would be able to hit the same target at twice that distance iv got a .22 gunpower stealth only putting out 9.1flb and about 530fps and i can hit a target 60yards away over and over again sub 1/4-1/2 inch no probs. doesn’t give me a big punch like yours dose but still penetrates. there is a video of me and my mate shooting at 135yards with our rifles both .22 under 12flb (due to u.k rules) have a look…

The only time I do this is when I’m by myself, my girlfriends kids are in school, she’s at work, and the side gate to backyard is locked so no one can get back there. The only other way back there is thru the front door of the house, no way I could miss that, that’s where I’m shooting from, and that front screen security door you see in video is locked anyway. I would never attempt this under any other circumstances.
Watched the vid just now..pretty sweet..I set up a shot like that once where I was shooting out of my house and into the back yard..shot a couple of times and was just finished adjusting my scope when my neighbor stepped around the blind side of the house right in front of the flight path and I almost shot him..since then I decided not to try that anymore..

ye took a while but still not perfect as yet. best thing you could do mate is got the your local horse riding school or golf coarse and ask if they need rabbits taken care of as rabbit holes and horses don’t mix!
