Q:

Blodvalve or Condor Valve dimensions?

Walter is kind enough to make an adapter for me so I can install a Condor “style” valve in a larger non AF tank.

I am trying to figure out how long the adapter should be, can anyone tell me what is the length of the Blodnob or stock valve from the body flange to the valve seal, we need to know how deep to make the “valve side” cavity.

Sorry I thought the Condor dimensions would help you. Anyone can feel free to send me a Blodvalve so I can get the dimensions for Walter 😛

I’ll only use it for a lil’ bit. 😉

Thanks fellas.

IIRC the Blodnob seal sticks out the back of the valve where the spring retainer is shown.
I would like to know how far it is to determine as Tex mentions the depth of the cavity required.

Cheers,

Had a junker lying around so it was easy to get the measurement for you. I get 1.075″ on the nose so you’ll probably want a minimum 1 1/8″ full diameter bore.

Regards,
