THINKING ABOUT A .25 HAVE QUESTIONS
Other than the barrel what is needed to make the change? Can the stock hammer and spring be used ? And if so what type of FPS should it get . I have been thinking about getting A .32 from Jack but converting my condor to a .25 came to mind . Need some in put as to pricing and needed parts . Was going to order a .22 barrel tomorrow from Tim then this came to mind . Marvin

I would say that 99% of the people that have .25 cal barrels on their AF rifles, have those dimensions. I have a couple of .25 cal barrels with those dimensions.

In summary
tube-wall .177 barrel – (8mm-4.5/2)=1.75 mm
tube-wall .22 barrel – (8mm-5.5/2)=1.25 mm
tube-wall .25 barrel – (8mm-6.35/2)=0.82 mm – is it enough?

Actually they are the same diameter. That is, a .25 cal barrel/top hat will have the the same outside dimensions as your factory .177 or .22 cal barrel/top hat.

What size is the hammer?
Yes I ordered the barrel and hammer from Anthony a few days ago . I will probable still use the .177 this winter at the 16 yard indoor range . But I wanted the barrel now so I can get the chamber size and get the die ordered so I will be ready for early spring . Marvin

Are you going to cast your own ammo? .25 ammo is scarce as chicken teeth. Having said that, I can’t believe what a difference that .03 makes when it hits.
