Killing power question
For those of you that hunt with your Condors. What is the largest animal or bird that you have taken? At what range and with what caliber/ pellet weight? I am anxiously awaiting my .25 cal. Condor from Tony. Hopefully I will have it for turkey season in mid November to test on a Thanksgiving bird.

Raccoon at over 80 yards lamped up in a tree. Coyote, 60 yards. Crap load of Ferrel cats all the way out to 100 yds and more. Several wild dogs.
A couple of grey foxes at 75 – 90. A nice Tom T. When it was still a .22 with a 18″ bbl. at about 75.

you will have no problem taking turkey out to around 50 + yards with a .25 condor as long as it is a clean head shot! don’t even think of taking a vitals shot even at 10 yards, I once emptied a 10 round .22lr clip into the chest of one that was in a tree less than 10 yards away from me and the cock sucker flew off to the neighbors yard, I called him up and he put two .25 rounds in it and the little fucker flew off agin 😈 but then again I have taken a few with the .22 condor with head shots.
what part of northern cali are you in?
The largest animal I have shoot with my Talon SS in .22 and my Condor in .25 from Tony are 20 to 25 pound Raccoons. The Condor has made the farest kill of a raccoon at about 45 to 50 yards. The Talon as the most kills because I was low on .25 pellets for all summer.

For me it was a pest fox .. he would sneak up on me in the yard when I was changing targets and do a fake charge at me then run away … one evening I took the .25 caliber down range with me to change targets and sure enough he ran out of the woods and charged at me.
He spooked the hell out of me a couple of times this past summer .. this last time he ran off about 30 yards away and stopped dead in his tracks … that .25 caliber doesn’t play freaky fox games 😆
