Is there any rifle capable of shooting 30-35 ft lbs within..
a 10 fps spread for 30-40 shots that is not regulated and is under $1000?

If you are talking about Extreme Spread then fat chance unless the gun
has a really huge Reservoir …..If you are talking about Standard
Deviation then it is possible….There are not many rifles that will shoot 30-
40 shots @ 30-35FPE on one fill. I think that would take a pretty big tank
like 500cc plus.[

Those would be really good numbers but can that Gamo shoot MOA five shot groups out to 100 yards like my Talon?

polymags 16 graines===916 fpss for 10 shot average
jsb exacts 18 graines==== 876 for 10 shots
ive nailed tree rats now out to alm ost 40 yards
poi for the jsb’s, polymags, and crowmags are all within 1 inch
all group very well

crowmags make 30.7 874 fps
cp’s getting 988 i thinks its 30 fps
kodiaks which i dont use cause the are to heavy are getting 789
and im gonna chrony the polymags and jsb exacts 18 grainers today

i can shoot 1000 shots with my gamo and be at 30 fpe all within 10 fps if that helps

You should be able to set your Talon with with 24 in. barrel close to that, I would think. My SS originally .17, now .20, 24 in. set to shoot JSB’s at a little under 900, gets alot of shots, I do notice poi change doing the string, but I’m not sure how many shots, my guess would be around 35.
I have not put my BSA scorpion to the crony yet, but it shoots 20 shot groups at 30 yards that consistently stay within 1/2″ and I can get 40 good shots easy out of it. I don’t know how many shots will stay in th 30 to 35 ft lb range, nor do I know the spread numbers, but it may be close for under 1,000.00. I plan on putting it to the crony next week, so I will post results then.
