edgun scope ring Question

I have a few weeks left before the my long bull pup is supposed to arrive.

I have a Hawke Eclipse® 30 Side Focus Series 4x16x50

The rings are 30mm and the edgun comes with 3/8 dovetail.

Can anyone who has the gun set up suggest a set of rings that would work.

Of course I would like to keep it as low a possible but it has to be usable.

Low, Med, High is my question or even the make, #, and where to purchase would even be better.

I was on line looking for rings and I gave up thinking that it would be best to ask first…………………..

You know I can’t be looking for rings after I get the thing.

The earlier Edguns came with the 3/8″ rail. i got mine in July and it has a weaver rail on it.

I was hoping that the mid mounts would work. I ended up using the high mounts, they gave a more comfortable fit for me.

I wanted the long version of the Edgun but, Tony couldn’t or wouldn’t get them when I ordered mine.

I am happy that I got the standard version now. It does everything that I want from an airgun and I wonder if the extra 4 inch length would change the balance of the gun.

The weaver Rail is an option from Tony instead of the 3/8 dovetail?
