I tested the average fps at full power for the CPHP 14.3gr @ 1291fps and the JSB 15.9gr pellets @ 1203fps
As for the ❓ … I think I know what it is so I’m going to continue with the fine adjustments to have it function nice and smooth.
Now it’s time to dial it down abit and keep it under 1000fps for the accuracy.

Hey any vids of you doing these numbers not saying anything here just curious as I cannot find anyone making these numbers with such a small air tank.

Oh and if you do a slight tune on a Condor, match the tophat to fill pressure and do not stress the frame POI is not an issue as shown by my multiple 5 shot 1 hole 25 yard groups.

Of course… that’s why I posted this thread because I haven’t found any info on this over the internet. And on the UK forums they don’t discuss air rifle modifications openly becuase of their strict gun laws on the 12ft/lbs limit without a FAC.
I just bought a Leapers 8-32x Mil-Dot, illuminating reticle, ez tap, side focus. Definitely sharper and clearer then my Tasco 6-24x Varmint scope. Just crossing my fingers that I didn’t get a lemon.
Theres gotta be SOMETHING wrong with them… 😆
ROC, thanks for the info, I’ll try some of your advices to improve the performance, if you don’t mind… Also need to get a new scope, could you use a mildot, I’m currently using a Bushnell Banner 6-18×50 with 30-30 reticle.
RiffRaff, I had the same problem also. I’m going to finish my shroud internal tomorrow, it’s a shame AA hasn’t fixed that problem yet, it seems to be very common to AA owner’s (high power versions…).
ROC, sounds like you discovered the common weak link with 410s, that damn rubber oring on the barrel support.
I changed mine once, then accidentally ruined the innards of my shroud so I made one of my own.
Crummy picture, but tube is .75″ID Carbon, bonded to a 1.25″ ID sleeve that takes the place of the barrel band.
Innards are glued in so I cant show it, did not take any pictures before assembly. Looks a lot like a Blodnob core though. The pics were taken before I finished it up so the glue bead is ugly. Ive built another with matching weave as I didnt have open access to the materials for the first one but Ive never bothered to put it together.

No florescent… I know better than that.
Just because an Air Arms can be modded to Condor power doesn’t mean it not normal 😉 😆
Honestly, I won’t be pushing any of my pellet choices past 1000fps. But knowing I can push above 1000fp with a wide variety of pellets… PRICELESS 😆

Nothing really to see, it’s a plane old AA S410-SL Xtra FAC with a Leapers 8-32x illuminating mil-dot with side focus and a spirit level that I bought from Speciality Shooting: http://www.specialtyshootingsportsoutdoors.com/store/air-gun-accessories/airforce/airforce-scope-level/prod_1408.html. Ive decided not to mod mine, it shoots too good right now.
We all know any pellet past super sonic is crap for accuracy.
I just like that I have alot more choice in pellets and mainly able to push 21gr Kodiak at about 1000fps.
I’ve always had great groups but recently things started to change. I ended up removing the shroud and replacing one of the 0-rings on the barrel support ring.
Nothing formal or benchrest position today but visited a friend to help him with his Sumatra and was plinking with the 21gr Kodiak and shooting standing off hand at a 7″ fry pan out at 80 yards. Hitting the fry pan with the loud “plink” consistantly. 8)
