A pair of .25 Calibers with Black/Gray and Purple Laminates
This is a pair of custom .25 calibers in my yard … forget the money invested in these two … that’s a hell of a lot of work hanging up there 😆
Top one is the Compact .25 sporting a one piece Purple Laminate stock.
Below that is my Custom .25 Caliber Cannon on a one piece Black and Gray Laminate. Actually that stock doesn’t belong to me it’s shipping out to rob3dr on Monday and I have to make me another one 🙂
I’m really proud of these rifles .. they have the best of everything in them and they hit hard and shoot sweet.
Man I love .25 cal’s. 😀

They feel terrific in the hand especially when the rifle is shouldered for the shot.
In the pics the purple laminate shows up best … probably the background doing that .. but in person today everyone here commented about the black/gray stock it’s a real eye catcher.
Purple didn’t get a single compliment today .. they were all over the black/gray 😀
My next design will have a thumb/partial palm rest on it. The pistol grip will have a rakish design angling back towards the bottle. Drawings and initial fittings look and feel great.
I’m also working on a totally new forearm for this next one .. hopefully in the next week or so I can give a preview of it.
I don’t “copy” what others have done and going my own way has been a progression of design, looks, and function. Slowly but surely I am getting there 😀
That bottom one looks AWESOME. I love that color.
How do those pistol grips feel when you hold them? I’ve always been a big fan of palm shelves on the bottom, those are the exact opposite and curve into nothing. 😆 Looks like it would fit your hand well though!
