JSB regulated Tank!?
i shoot a talon ss, tony tuned, 12″ barrel, 177. i get about 15 shots in the 890 range. im considering a jsb regulated tank. i would like to get more shots and have them in the 940-950 range. would this be the way to go? if so what psi should i get in the reg. thanks for any advice.

That’s one combo that I have but haven’t chronied yet. My gut feeling is that 15 shots sounds low. I was looking for something to do tonight (we are snowbound) so I’ll swap tanks and run a string for comparison. Note that I’ll only be able to fill to about 2600-2700 psi. 2800 is my normal fill.
Edit – FAIL – I need to clean the frame and work on my tophat before I post crap like this. My readings were all over the place. First time this tank has been on this frame (been shooting CO2) and minus the condor hammer weight.
due to a short barrel, you may not be able to go any higher speed, it’s best to keep it as it, unless you want to change longer barrel.
To increase number of shots, simply just change it with larger tank but will require an adapter.

I would contact Tony first and ask him what he thinks. As an artist, I never expect anyone to buy one of my paintings and then bust out their own paint brushes and stoke up my canvas.
I have been told 2000 psi output by both JDS and Airhog.

I’m sure Tony’s used to being bugged by customers. It comes with the territory. Although some are bigger pains in the ass than others 😆 😆 😆
