Q:

Long bullpup speeds

Here in Wisconsin it is just a little too cold to shoot a lot but I managed a few short strings. With three differen .22 pellets.

JSB match Diablo 15.8
JSB Diablo 18.3
Crossman premier 1.43.

The Edgun Long Bullpup has a 23.5″ Barrel and the overall length is about 1 inch longer than a stock talonSS with no Mod on.

Crossman Premier 14.3
1045
1043
1043
1045
1043

JSB match diablo 15.8
1003
1004
1003
1005
1004

JSB Diabolo 18.3
951
953
955
952
953
No reports on accuracy yet.

Wait, breaking news. The accuracy at 13 inches from the Barrel is just a little more than 0.22 (15 shots). How do I know that? Because if you llook real close you’ll notice that I didn’t raise the screen before shooting. That makes two screens and one patio door thus far. Just a little excited about the gun, again. That is the end of the breaking news .

If any edgun owners happen across the English translation for the gun please post it. I sure would like to be able to read before I tear the thing apart this winter for the Duro Coat paint job.

Great post Bohlmann… That is the kind of real world info we need….
Nice group too…lol

I sure am.

Tony, thanks for your response to my email. You stated the only one being imported is the standard length. Is that accurate or are others available?

Thanks!

Hi Tony,

Welcome to Talon’s forum, I am glad you’re here and hope you could answer some of the questions relating to EDgun/Sale/Pricing/etc… 😆

Thank you!
By all means! This is why I’m here. As a first step let’s please correct your guns charts as I suggested here:

Many people would use them as a reference and we don’t want any discrepancy here.

I don’t understand. dvu0704 writes “Welcome to Talon’s forum”, addressing toshik. (Tony) toshik then gives us a link to guns charts that he states that, “I suggested here” which was originally posted by dvu0704. I am confused..Please help me! BTW, this is not the first time I’ve been confused 😆

Did I told you that I was Tony or Ed? I am just trying to help member put up some specs.

Toshik=Tony
EDgun=Ed=Ed

Still confused?

Probably you’d have the same hole diameter even with the window down. 😀

Can you get accurate readings shooting that close to the chronograph? The instructions say you should be 3′ from the end of the muzzle.

No reason why not. I would imagine the Edgun has very little muzzle wash.

It would be interesting if you backed up 3′ and see what numbers you would get.

NIce groups 😆 Yu could put a piece of card board in that pneumonia hole and make a flap just right to only have a hole big enought to shoot thru,

Be careful that that nice aluminum skin trailer doesent make a back stop for the bird feeder. 🙄

And oh yeah lookin forward to the groups in paper targets.

And yes i am jealous!

About 50-60fps faster than mine also. Depending on what you want to paint, the stock comes off real easy. Just remove the trigger guard screw and lift the gun off of the stock.

I am not aware of an English verson of the manual. I was trying to get mine translated till I found out that the manual shows the old version of the Edgun. Ed has made a lot of changes and I don’t think a translated old manual would be much help.

I have read that Ed is working on an English version of the manual and the DVD.

😀 those are some nice #s about 50 to 60fps faster then mine. Can’t wait for some groups. Thanks for the info.
