Wow, Killer Shot Count! So why does the FX Royal have such a lousy shot count? It has been the only thing standing in the way between the gun and my wallet. 😕

BSA rifles are one of the most under rated shooters out there, I have a special edition Lonestar with the 23.5″ rifle barrel….At 3200 psi the first few rip JSB monsters well over 900fps and at 2500psi and below I have honestly taken squirrels and such out way past 75 yards with a TM-2…they shoulder so nice, you have a real sweetie there, sometimes i go back and forth to getting that gun since it’s such well made carbine with plenty of power and psycho accuracy….Love my BSA!!!

The Gladiator is yet another FX rifle that showcases the innovative nature of the company. The FX Gladiator utilizes dual air cylinders to deliver nearly 100 shots at full power. The action shares many of the features of the other fine rifles in the FX range. Some of these features are a fully shrouded match-grade barrel, three-step power adjuster, built-in pressure gauge, self-closing biathlon bolt, and a two-stage adjustable match-grade trigger. The rear bottle is covered by a synthetic stock that sports a raised ambidextrous cheek piece for proper head alignment when using a scope either right or left handed. The Ultra is a very nice gun 😀 It’s worth having a regulator fitted though!
do they get that many shots just because it’s better at using air? that’s a lot of shots 😯

My BSA Ultra came yesterday. Sweet looking gun. I did have to replace the breech o-ring, it was flat around the outside. No big deal.
It is a bit on the loud side even with the LDC. Now it is a project gun. I gotta quiet it down. I do not want to spend any more money on gun stuff for a while.
I already dissembled the LDC. Not much to it spring, Plastic baffle, spring that’s it. I tried making my own 3/4″ baffles out of some AL. tubing and washers I had laying around. I think it helped a little, but still pretty loud. I got a few other trick to try.
