My Edge may be on the way
Got a call today!! My Edge is supposed to ship tomorrow…
I hope it’s for real, I did give them a CC#, so we’ll see!

i called them a few months ago to see about the grip that they use on it and see if it would fit a condor, they said wait after the gun is out for 6 months before parts are avaible. but i would love to see some good pictures

I had enough hanging about for the Edge to turn up so I had Blobnob make me one 😛
Yeah, but I figured it out and stopped by there… She won’t let anyone inside, it is very ‘hush-hush’ :p
All you have to do is look up their actual business name, not their DBA name and it will show you their location 🙂
The Airforce folks were at the LASSO event and brought an “Edge” for people to try.
I just got a call from Rachel @ AirForce about the Edge I had pre
ordered… She said she had them ready to ship and wanted to know if I
still wanted to follow through with the order… I guess it is for real….
I’m just hoping that the non milled out scope rail will add a lot of stiffness to the design. Less frame flex.

Just kiddin’, let us know what’s up about it. I’m not an FT guy, so my interest is more about what parts might be able to be swapped from the Edge and installed on the Talon. Tank/stock, trigger group, etc.
Speaking of the Talon, did they happen to offer to sell you the semi-auto upgrade too? 😆

One last question… are you getting a “boy” or a “girl” (blue vs. pink/red)

Edge is designed for 3 position rifle, not FT. Its a 5 fpe rifle.. nothing to stop someone trying to use it for FT… but I doubt it could knock a target over at 55 yards and the trajectory would be rather pronounced.
Blue for me, but I think Black would have been my first choice if it was offered

For me it’s the same price as Pyramyd. I live in Ohio and have to pay sales taxfrom them anyway, so prices are the same…

That’s crazy isn’t it, i live in fort worth TX. and i called air force about getting a rifle and they said i would get it quicker by going Thru pyramid or some place , because they had a back log and i would have to pay sales tax.
So i bought from Midway, in MO. and i live right down the rd. from air force.
They dont want there factory location known either.probly so no interruptions.

Check the close ups on PA. If the pics they have hold true to the production model then the grip might be an issue. There is an extra cross pin at the rear of the frame (sticking out of the angled section). Can’t imagine what else it would be for other than a second attachment point for the grip.
