Q:

help….found it thanks

I am hoping that some one has a spare valve stem for the old style condor valve that they would be willing to part with…I pick up a co2 adapter that the previous owner had problems with only to find out that he created the problem by over tightening the set screws in the tophat ..so before I try making a new valve stem I figured that I would ask and see if one was available… Thanks for looking

Tony thanks again for the valve stem and now that I’m gonna have a working condor valve I won’t need that heavy of a hammer but it was easier for me to make a heavy hammer than to find a stiffer spring while trying to get those extra fps’ …. And since I’m making bout 980 with 14,5 super domes, Powder burner barrel and talon valve I’m happy but like every one else heavier pellets mean harder hits and better kills

130g hammer? Why do you need so much weight?

Unfortunately no its pretty well f.u.b.a.r. I didn’t catch the defect till I tried it with my 130grm hammer and bent it…that’s when I noticed that it was actually fractured from (I’m assuming) a dent left from a setscrew being over tightened

Sub. Is it just dented? If so, try using the chuck end of a drill bit and slowly stuff in a bigger bit little by little you can get the dent out. Thank someone else for that idea. I just remember someone posting it.
