Edgun Moderator on the Long Bullpup

After building a few moderators for my talon I was interested in what is in the EDgun moderator.

In order to find out I bought the edgun and opened up the Mod. This is what I found.

This should give some good ideas for the next one anyone plans on building.

In the first pic the ruler is placed at the point where the barrel screws into the Mod

Next one shows the very small holes that are drilled around circumference at rear of Mod. They are small and are ten in number.

The next one shows the guts of the Mod.All pieces are, of course, in front of the barrel.

Then the pieces in a little more detail.
Same with some pieces flipped over.

This shows the piece that I did not remove for fear that I wouldn’t be able to get it back in very easy. This is where the barrel screws in.

That’s all there is to a great Moderator

I have already started building one for the 15.5″ barrel talon SS .25cal that has been laying around for some time now.

If it works as well as the Edgun Mod it should be the ticket…………Enjoy
