De-Ping??? Mamcrackin Mod Works Great!!!
Is it possible to completely rid the Marauder of the tank ping noise?
I put a delrin, two O ring device in it and got it down to about 50%.
Is there a more effective way?
Inquiring minds want to know.

Glad it worked out for ya Hoot… I have a delrin depinger here for an FX

I did the Mamcrackin mod and it works extremely well. The only thing I did different was coat the outside of the silicone tube with silicone grease. It went in very tight and did the job nicely.
I’ve got a $25.00 delrin and O ring depinger for sale. cheap at $20.00 shipped. Don’t everyone call at once.

I used the vinyl hose that mamcrackin showed and it worked great.
The depinger is not so hard to make, maybe someone here can make you 1.
This 1 I used on my previous Marauder, it’s really help, the pinging noise went away after installed.
Peoples are using this depinger below for the Theoben/FX.

It would have to be installed inside the tank…. Not an easy thing
to get through the small neck hole….. Although if you place a thick
rubber band around the tank really tight, it might reduce the ping…
