Do "NOS" tanks need a visual?
I have a new unused Condor tank manufacture date of 08, will this be required to have a visual inspection on it be fore being filled?

NOS-New Old Stock.
If you take it to a dive shop to get it filled it will…
But this would also drain your wallet and make the dive shop people hate you… 😆
NOS? Not Nitrous Oxide Systems? If it is that is NOT straight nitrogen…
