The bird has landed
I got my used condor today and hand pump. I couldnt shoot because it got to dark. But i shot through some particle board. It went through like butter. its got 4-16 power scope and a tt shroud and if kicks like .22 but its so quiet.

If the rod(screw) is all the way to the right means that the hammer spring is compressed as much as it can be in a stock Condor. Which means you will get alot of power, lower # of shots per fill, and probably require a higher fill pressure(2,900-3,000psi). When you say to the right do you mean towards the trigger? or muzzle? Do you have a chrony?

If you screw that PW down it decreases pressure to the main spring. Turn it up and it pushes against the mainspring and will increase your velocity.
Now the trick is there is a diminishing return. There is a point at which the PW will no longer increase velocity but just keep the valve open longer and waste air.
Everybody need to experiment and find where the best PW setting is and then leave it alone.
Can you explain how the pw works i dont know its current setting but the little rod in the slot is all the way to the right.

When I didn’t have a chrony I set my PW to 10 and filled to 3,000psi. I shot my rifle like this for the first year and really enjoyed my rifle. What you can do to figure out how many shots per fill you will get is set a target up at 50 yards or as far as you can and shoot until you see the POI drop.
A chrony in the future will help you fine tune your Condor and find a good bell curve.
